We understand the fit may not always be right. There for we implemented a store credit policy. From the day of merch receipt you have 3 days to inform us of your issue or concern.
  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and have original tags attached and returned in their original packaging.
  • We are not liable for any return packages that may become lost or stolen in-transit. Please keep your proof of postage and/or return tracking number when shipping back your returns.
  • All returns must include an order packing slip or return invoice from Online Return Portal that clearly indicates which items are being returned.
  • We do not provide prepaid return labels and you are responsible for covering shipping costs to return.
  • Damaged, defective, or incorrect items must be reported within 3 days of delivery.
  • Items on SALE, bodysuits, accessories, lingerie, swimwear, white items & any other specified items on description bar are final sale, non-returnable and cannot be returned for store credit.
  • If you are a local you have the option to drop off at our pick up location in Allentown, PA.
  • If you placed an order for pick up our 3 day rule applies from the day of the purchase and you CAN NOT make any changes to your order after 3 days even if the item has not been picked up.
